Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 99cuci platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without warning. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 99cuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. A strong password is recommended — one that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you have forgotten your password or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, use the password reset function available on the platform or contact our support team at [email protected].
